In my visual design process, informed by UI/UX case studies, I use a curated mood board with five top examples, Material Design icons, and various color combinations. I experiment with fonts and sizes to refine typography choices, ensuring a polished user interface.
I've learned to create simple websites using HTML and CSS, and I've dabbled in JavaScript for adding animations.
Clicking pictures really brings out the creative in me. Phtography really makes you look and percieve things in a different way.
The idea for the QuickPay Scan project came to me while I was standing in a long line at Kaufland, just to buy one product. I thought, if users could scan products and make purchases directly from their phones, they wouldn't have to wait in long lines anymore. And i started create my idea.
In this web design project, I demonstrated my ability to create responsive designs. My primary focus was on ensuring that the website adapts seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes, showcasing my skills in responsive design.
I discovered that finding genuine vegan cakes in Germany is difficult, with many mislabeled products containing non-vegan ingredients like eggs. Through user research and observing vegan consumers, I created user flows, wireframes, and a prototype to ensure accurate labeling, enhance user experience, and build trust among vegan consumers.
Here, I focused primarily on UI design, with minimal involvement in UX design. This was my first UI design project, and I was still learning Figma. My tasks included redesigning the interface and translating it from Ukrainian to English. I also made the buttons larger to enhance usability, ensuring users could easily click on them.
